First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Concertiv.
Procurement Intern
I went through two interviews, first with a procurement analyst and then with the hiring manager. They were both really nice. Since the hiring manager has been with the company for a while, I got to ask a lot of questions.
- Tell me about your experience in procurement services.
Product Manager
It was pretty easy, mainly checking basic knowledge. There were a couple of rounds, but everything went well. The people were nice, and the process was pretty straightforward. It's a smaller company, so the questions felt a bit more startup-like.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Can you go over your resume?
Analyst
Standard interview process of a few phone and in-person interviews and a project to be completed on your own time. People were friendly and genuinely wanted to get to know candidates.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Analyst
This was a quick and straightforward interview process with 2 rounds. It's geared towards entry-level hires and asks basic questions. They really focused on your personal skills and who you are as a person, rather than your technical abilities.
