Behavioral Technical

Had a typical interview process for a Behavior Therapist role. They asked me situational questions and about treatment modalities for brief integrated patient treatment. The whole thing took two interviews and I got an offer pretty quick, within a few days, but I turned it down because the pay wasn't great.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process was quite frustrating. I experienced ghosting multiple times. On one occasion, a scheduled interviewer didn't show up. After I followed up, they rescheduled. I then went through another interview and was told it was down to me and one other candidate. They gave me a potential start date and promised to update me by a specific day. However, I never heard back, even after waiting a few extra days and reaching out again. There was also no communication from HR. It was disheartening to receive positive feedback about being a strong candidate and then be completely ignored, especially after several interviews and being told a decision was imminent.

Behavioral

Had a 30-minute behavioral chat with the Chief People Officer. They asked typical questions and gave helpful extra details about the job. The next step was supposed to be meeting the CEO within a week. It seemed like a good conversation on both sides. However, I never heard back from Concert Health after that, even though I reached out to the recruiting manager and the CPO multiple times. We talked a lot about company culture, which the CPO admitted needed improvement, but they couldn't even be bothered to send a simple email to say they were moving on. It makes me wonder how they treat current employees if this is how they treat candidates seriously interested in joining.

Technical Presentation

The interview process was pretty simple, or at least for what it was. There were 3 different stages of interviews. The first one they basically go over things, the second interview they have you doing an assessment, and then I don't know what happens on the third because they ghosted me. Very unprofessional to never hear back after saying I would hear back from them in a few days. I did a bunch of research and even looked on Glassdoor, but against the reviews I had tried anyway, and even reached out. Very unprofessional.
