I had a 35-40 minute phone interview with the Sales Director. He asked seven questions. The company sells computer network and IT consulting services on an hourly basis to businesses that want to outsource these functions. They focus their market on Davidson and Williamson counties to offer a 30-minute service guarantee. He mentioned he got over 100 resumes for the two positions he was trying to fill (one due to termination, one newly created, making a 3-person sales team). Phone interviews were scheduled for Monday April 19, 2009 and a half-day Tuesday April 20. Finalists would then be invited for an in-person interview.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple to go through. I had a great initial conversation with the first person I talked to, they were super nice and made me feel comfortable. The whole process had a few stages, and they really made sure to cover everything. Even though I didn't end up getting the job, I still thought it was a good experience overall.
