First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Concept Rehab.
Occupational Therapist
Had an initial chat with the regional director, then a second interview with the director of rehab. The first talk with the regional director was pretty deep, we asked each other a lot of questions. It seemed like most of the questions were about problem scenarios, like handling productivity issues, patients not wanting to participate, and staff personality conflicts. She didn't ask anything about my experience or clinical knowledge. I did notice there were no patients in the therapy gym when I toured the facility, which was a bit strange. I also got a vibe of some tension between the regional director and other staff. It didn't really feel like a welcoming environment.
- What's your approach when you and another professional need to see the same patient at the same time?
Therapy Program Manager
The interview process was great. I interviewed with a therapy program manager and then with the regional manager and heard back within a week. The process was easy and both individuals I interviewed with made me feel comfortable.
- Tell me about your clinical qualities.
- Tell me about your leadership qualities.
- How are your problem solving skills?
Physical Therapist
The interview was on site and included a tour of the facility. I met mainly with the area director of rehab, and also the building director of rehab. No other staff members were introduced to me. We talked about how the facility handles vacation and weekend coverage, and what their productivity expectations are. We also discussed company and personal expectations regarding minutes delivered and length of rehab stay. Finally, we went over current and projected staffing.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Occupational Therapist Assistant
I had a screening call where we talked about the location and the company. The interview itself was done over FaceTime because of Covid. It felt pretty relaxed and conversational. I think it was about 25 minutes, though in-person interviews usually involve a building tour and are longer.
- What is your industry experience?
