Operations Representative
First you have to register for the amcat and complete the test. Then there's an HR interview. If all goes well, they'll give you the offer letter. The interview was alright, not great but not terrible.
- Do you find the process acceptable?
Content Writer
I had a phone chat with HR and then a video call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager asked about my understanding of brand strategy. I didn't vibe with the manager, so I decided not to continue.
- What is your definition of Brand strategy?
- What's motivating your job search?
Customer Service Representative
I had a phone call interview and then an in-person interview. The HR was really nice, and it was a pleasant experience talking with them. Overall, it was quite satisfying. I'm still getting used to the system.
- Could you tell me about your past work experience?
Recruiter
I was contacted on LinkedIn and we set up a phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and after that the VP. They asked basic questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" and did a background screening. The whole thing took about 1-2 weeks. They're open to hiring people with no experience if they have the right attitude and drive.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
