I had a phone screen with an external recruiter, then a phone interview with HR. After that, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and creative director. The final interview was with the founder/SVP. It was a respectful and fair process. They took a decent amount of time between each interview, but it wasn't too long. I made it to the final 3 but didn't get the job, though I'd consider working with them again because of how professional they were.

I met with three people, the last one being the Creative Director. Each of them asked me about four to five basic interview questions. After that, they were happy to answer any questions I had. One person wanted to know what my ideal work culture would be, and another asked how I confronted and overcame a work problem.
