Went through multiple rounds of interviews before reaching the final interview where they started ghosting me right before they were going to give me the link to the video interview. The day that the interview was supposed to happen they sent me a rejection letter. They did have the professionalism to apologize for taking so long to make a decision, but that didn't make it any less disappointing.

The first two interview rounds were really good! The interviewers were professional and paid attention, clearly knowing my resume and cover letter. They asked relevant questions and followed up appropriately based on my answers. They expressed strong interest and looked forward to the next step. However, the third interview was the worst I've ever experienced. It was with two people who seemed completely disengaged, like they weren't listening and asked irrelevant follow-up questions or questions I'd already answered. It felt like they hadn't read my resume and were just sticking to a script. During this third round, they wouldn't disclose the salary range, just saying it varied based on the team's diverse skills and experience. They repeated this answer even when I asked again and suggested a range. When I offered my expected salary, they gave the same vague response about team diversity. They said they'd be in touch soon but then ghosted me, which was very disappointing after the positive start.

I applied in late August 2021, and the first interview rounds happened in early September. I finished two rounds and got an offer within a week, but I initially declined it. I interviewed again in late October for a similar job and accepted an offer in three days. The HR team was really flexible and easy to work with. I'm looking forward to joining!

The working environment seems good and the interviewers were kind. There were two on-site rounds. The first on-site had 4 interviewers and everything seemed promising. However, I had a really bad experience with the next steps after the second on-site interview. I waited for a whole week, called twice, and emailed them twice, but they still didn't respond. I'm very disappointed that I didn't even get a response about the interview process. It felt like they completely forgot about me, especially after I came for two on-site interviews. This is very unprofessional and impolite. I also noticed that the job posting for this position disappeared online several days ago. Overall, I definitely have a negative comment about this company. I believe they should respect the effort and passion of an interviewee. I'm not sure what happened after the second onsite, but the lack of communication for my background check was very disappointing.
