Customer Service Representative
I sent my resume to Spherion, a staffing agency, and they scheduled an interview for me with Lori. I should hear back by the end of the week after they finish interviewing candidates. Make sure you know what the company does. Dress professionally for the interview. No visible tattoos or piercings.
- Tell me about a time you disagreed with your manager.
- Can you describe your most challenging customer interaction and how you handled it?
- On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your proficiency with Microsoft Office, Access, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, considering you mentioned you're good with them?
Customer Service Representative
I had an interview with the Customer Service Supervisor and the Human Resource Supervisor.
- Can you confirm if you are okay with the company policy that prohibits sleeveless blouses?
Customer Service Representative
Submitted an online application that requires 10 years of job history. They are very serious about not hiring you if you lie and leave out any employment information. The interview has two parts: first with HR personnel, then with the terminal manager. After that, you get the job offer, and they do an extensive background check which takes about two weeks.
- What was one of your flaws?
