So first, they did a phone interview where they asked me about SQL server, MVC, WCF, and C# stuff. After that, they decided to move forward with an in-person interview. For the in-person part, they wanted to know about my current project and the technologies I'm using, plus some technical and scenario-based questions.

The interviewer was upfront about the role. They asked basic programming questions like OOP and ASP concepts. They also inquired about my current and past projects. No detailed technical questions were asked. The interviewer noted that this company has limited software development work, with the majority of the time spent supporting other departments or resolving technical issues for customers. They mentioned that less than 15% of the job is development, and 85% is support. So, it's important to be sure this is what you want to do.

The interview went pretty smoothly, the vibe was friendly but also a bit intimidating. We started by chatting about some of my personal background. Then, they asked a bunch of questions about why I'm a good fit for the role and what makes me stand out from other applicants. We wrapped things up with a brain teaser involving three mislabeled jars.
