It was a pretty standard interview process. They talked to me about my past experience, what tools I know how to use, and for how long I've been using them. They also showed me the areas where I'd be working, which are actually about 260 feet underground, so you definitely need to be able to handle that kind of physical work. The interview was held at the company's location, not remotely like many places now because of covid. Overall, it was a good experience.
