the whole thing took like 4 weeks. i had 3 interviews, first a phone interview, then a panel interview, and my last interview was with the assistant controller. they also asked me about everything detailed on my resume, so know your resume inside and out.

The interview process was really long, taking at least 4 hours at their offices, which is tough when you're working. I met with about 7 people, and three of them interviewed me at the same time. It felt like too much for a senior accountant role, not an executive one. I even met people I wouldn't be working closely with. They put candidates through a really tedious process. I was exhausted afterwards; it felt more like an interrogation than an interview. One person, who wasn't even my direct manager, had pages of typed questions and took notes the whole time. I didn't get any feedback on how they were assessing me, and I worried about the work environment if they were grilling me so hard. I didn't get a good feeling about it. It's a shame because the direct report manager was nice; otherwise, I might have left earlier. Their process was taking too long, and I had another offer, so I withdrew.

After applying, I was invited to take a test that covered accounting knowledge, Excel skills, and typing speed. Then, I interviewed with two management employees for about an hour. I received an offer a month later. Upon accepting, I had to complete a medical and drug test. The interview included many behavioral questions, so be ready for situations involving customers and customer service.
