I went through two interview rounds for the position. The first interview had me waiting an hour to be seen, and the second interview had a 30-minute wait. The questions were mostly general, though in the second round, they elaborated on some of the job duties. The conversation felt pretty similar to the first interview. I turned down the job offer because I mentioned I'm a parent and can't stay late unless it's pre-planned, and they changed some job requirements after the offer.

The interview process started with Ms. Cifre, followed by an HR interview. During the HR interview, a writing sample based on a case scenario was requested. The role requires a background check and fingerprinting. The final step was a Sunday night phone interview with Dr. Mosquera after passing the background check. The entire process spanned 90 days.

The interview process overall went pretty well. I gladly met with the HR rep, and eventually with a program director. They took on average about an hour, and were heavy with information. I was well greeted during the interviews, and provided background information on the agency. Both interviews communicated similar information, there appeared to be ideal qualities and work experience needed.

The interview process was very friendly and casual. All the agents really liked each other as colleagues so they had a very positive atmosphere. They really care about their clients and doing their best sending them job opportunities while making good relationships with them. I'd recommend them as a staffing agency if you want a job right away.
