A recruiter from TCML contacted me and then put me in touch with the hiring manager at TCML. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that, the hiring manager sent my profile to the company that had the contract position. I then had a face-to-face interview with that company, where I met with three interviewers. A few days after the interview, I got an offer and accepted it.

The interview was 60 minutes long and took place onsite. I met with two managers. They were upfront and friendly. They were looking for some basic IT knowledge, but the main thing they cared about was customer service skills because the job is completely phone-based.

Got an email first, we talked about the contract length, where I'd be working, and the pay. Then we moved on to phone interviews. The first one was with Mark Klescho, who told me about the job and what they were looking for. I told him about my past jobs that fit. He then set up what I guess was the main interview with the client. The second interview was with two managers from the client company. They went into more detail about the job and the experience, qualities, and qualifications they needed. I again told them about my past employment, giving more specific details this time.

I had a good and professional initial call with a recruiter. Then I spoke with an account manager who was very unprofessional.
