HR reached out to schedule an onsite. First, there was a SQL technical test. After passing that, I had casual interviews with managers about my past work. The interview wasn't too tough. Then, I met with the VP, which is a standard part of the process. The offer had low pay and used proprietary tools. They expect long hours, multitasking, and often weekend support for event troubleshooting.

I spoke with the recruiter, a couple of engineers, and the VP. It was about a 2-hour interview. It felt pretty chill and conversational; we got to know each other, and I learned about the company. They also had a written test and a small programming test.

I applied for the Registration Project Manager job. First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter who was professional and knowledgeable. Then, the recruiter set me up with the Director for a video interview. We discussed relevant projects and problem-solving for the role. The Director initially said a decision would be made the following week, but then pushed it back twice. After multiple follow-ups and the Director being out of office, I still haven't heard back. It's been 46 days since the Director interview and 31 days since the last communication.
