IT Help Desk
I applied on their site and got an email for a phone screen. The screen went well, but the interviewer seemed cold and busy. They mentioned they had to call me right after a monthly meeting and had other people to get through. I didn't hear back after waiting a month, so I emailed them and got an automated rejection. It was unprofessional to make me wait that long.

Account Manager
I had two initial phone screens, each about 45 minutes. Then, there were two in person interviews that were very in depth. The first in person interview took about six hours, and the final interview was about three hours long.

Software Engineer Intern
First I got several phone screen, asked me about my background, like coding skill, projects, and interests. Then I got a on-site interview, which took about 4 or 5 hours. I got a 45 minutes C paper test. Then 4 engineers interviewed me one by one, each 30-45 minutes. They asked me about project details and some C knowledge question.
- Can you explain what a static variable in C is, and what its scope is?
- Can you explain what a static function in C is, and what its scope is?
Account Executive
I applied and got a call from the recruiter to schedule an interview, which was supposed to take 2 hours. When I got there, the recruiter explained the day's process. I interviewed with the hiring manager, someone in the role, and the head of HR. A few days later, they said they were impressed and wanted me to interview for a more technical role in their Video Conferencing division. I went back for another 2-hour interview with the hiring manager and two other people. They said no more interviews were expected. About a week later, the recruiter called with news. She mentioned I was one of the final two candidates, but the position was no longer available. I asked which position it was, and she said the Video Conferencing one. I then asked about the Audio position, and she said yes. After weeks of waiting for the hiring manager to make a decision, I emailed the recruiter to withdraw my interest. Even though I was interested in the company during the interviews, I'm glad nothing came of it because the hiring process was so disorganized. It's bothersome that I spent 4 hours interviewing and one of the positions was closed before they could hire someone. They don't seem to communicate well internally and waste people's time.
