It was easy. Only one interview. They asked me questions on SQL. All the questions were basic. After the first interview I was sent an offer later. I accepted the offer and they started the background investigation which it took a month. Once I got clear to start I started working.

The interview process involved a first round via telephone where we discussed basics like introduction, skills, and projects. The second round was a technical interview conducted over Skype. The final round also took place on Skype or in-person, involving Human Resources and the Delivery Manager to confirm roles, discuss objectives and targets, leading to a job offer, and then all documents were submitted for confirmation.

The interview process was quite unusual. The first interview was held at a public restaurant because there isn't a local office for this branch, which made it feel very relaxed. The second interview was directly with the prime contractor and was also a one-on-one. Both conversations were very engaging, and it felt like a good opportunity for everyone involved to explore the role and each other.
