Technical Sales Representative
The interview process is quite thorough, aiming to ensure that the candidate is a good fit for Composites One and that the company is the right fit for the candidate. The interviews are conducted professionally and feel more like a conversation than an interrogation.

- Describe your approach to handling customer loss.
Management
A recruiter reached out, and after some initial calls, I filled out an application and took a personality/aptitude test. Then, I had a phone chat with the hiring manager. After that, I came in to meet with some leaders. The recruiter was supposed to give me feedback on their decision for weeks, and then just stopped responding.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Warehouse Worker
It was a typical interview. The questions were behavior based and it lasted 45 minutes. It was with the site manager. The company has a longer interview process. I was only selected for the first interview.
- Tell me about one of your strengths.
- Describe a situation where you disagreed with a process.
- What would your previous employers say about you?
Customer Service Representative
I got a call from the Manager and she asked me to come in for an interview with her and another manager. They were really nice and gave me a lot of info. After the interview, we walked around the warehouse.
