Customer Experience Account Coordinator
So far, I've only had the initial screening with Raul. I have to say, I've never spoken with someone who broke the ice so effectively that you already feel like part of the team. Raul was completely upfront about the role and what's expected. He seemed more interested in finding the right fit for both of us rather than just filling the spot. The nervousness I felt at first disappeared within the first few minutes of our chat. If the rest of the process is this welcoming, I think this will be a great place to work.
- Can you share an experience where you received feedback on your job performance that wasn't ideal, and describe your feelings and response to it, avoiding the cliché answer about working too hard?
Customer Success Manager
I got referred and connected with Raul, the Head of Talent, right away. He was super helpful and kept me in the loop about everything. I always knew where I stood and what was coming next because he communicated so well and told me to reach out anytime. The whole interview process was really thorough and organized. It felt like the leadership team put a lot of thought into the role and what they were looking for. I liked that they focused on the job and my experience, but also set up meetings with different teams so I could see how my role fit into the bigger picture and we could both check for culture fit. They made sure I had all my questions answered, which was great. Usually, asking for questions feels like a formality, but at Compology, everyone genuinely wanted me to ask stuff. They really wanted to make sure I understood the role and company before deciding. It was a really good experience overall!

I found Compology through Glassdoor and was impressed by the company’s vision. Raul contacted me back about my application and asked to have a phone interview with me. During the phone interview, Raul provided a comfortable environment for me to talk about my work experience and professional vision, and he also spent some time describing Compology and the position. The interview process was very smooth, and I felt that Raul respected and cared for each candidate. He was supportive, considerate, and transparent all throughout the process. As we moved on to the next steps, I had a number of interviews with 3 other members of the team. Each interviewer thoroughly explained the role and what they expected from the candidate. After the interviews, I was given an assignment that tested the required skills that the candidate should have. Throughout the interview process, I could see that Compology spent a great deal of time getting to know each candidate and was looking for people with passion, skills, and commitment. I can say that this had been one of the best interview processes that I’ve had throughout my career. I was very happy to accept the offer and excited to work with these amazing team members!
- Can you share a time you faced a challenge at work and how you handled it?
Director of Sales
Got a personalized InMail on LinkedIn and had an initial phone chat with Raul, the recruiter. The interview process was super structured, with three in-person visits that had set agendas. These included a formal group interview, a presentation, and team problem-solving. I also had a casual lunch with the sales team. I was really impressed by how engaged and open everyone was throughout the process; they clearly put a lot of stock in their hiring method. Raul really made me feel like he was in my corner, giving me honest and clear feedback, even when I felt I hadn't performed my best.
- Can you provide examples of how you leverage metrics to boost sales team performance?
