Full Stack Engineer
The whole interview process took about a week and included a Screening Call, Technical Round, Managerial Round, and HR Round. It was pretty well-organized and professional. The technical round checked fundamental and practical knowledge, covering .NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, OOP, databases, SQL, scenario problems, coding logic, architecture, and real-world project practices. The questions were practical and experience-based. The managerial round mixed technical and management evaluation, with scenario questions, architectural thinking, team collaboration, and behavioral aspects. The panel was nice and made it feel like a chat. The HR round went well, with realistic salary talks and supportive feedback, making the experience positive.

Content Manager
The whole process was like 4 interviews over 2-3 weeks. Everyone was great and super nice. The last interview, the marketing director was telling me like 5 times I would be a perfect fit and that she could def see me fitting in well. I was told I'd hear back in a few days. The date they gave me passed so I followed up with the HR person I had been talking to. Nothing. A few days later, I get a generic rejection email with no reason. I emailed TWICE asking for feedback and have been completely ghosted. My girlfriend was home during two rounds of interviews and heard everything and she said no interviewer should ever start speaking as if I got the job if they don’t intend to give it to me. I was really drawn to this role and knew I would crush it, send in extra samples of my work, ran down the list of their job responsibilities and discussed my seven years experience with all of them, only to be treated like I didn’t spend hours of my time away from my current job speaking with them. Avoid at all costs. In my opinion, if they can’t provide feedback, it’s because they didn’t have a real reason to reject you.

Customer Support Representative
I started interviewing with COMPLY, which is the parent company to ComplySci RIA in a Box and NRS. My recruiter was really enthusiastic and said I'd be a great addition. I got through the phone interview, a proctored test, and an interview with the Customer Support Manager. I was told I'd hear back about next steps, but I was ghosted. I sent two emails over two weeks and got no response, not even a rejection. I thought the process was going well, and being ghosted is unprofessional and hurtful. I ignored previous bad reviews, but I wouldn't recommend this company. They don't seem to know how to run a professional interview process. It's a waste of time and hope.
- What do you know about COMPLY?
VP of IT Operations
My first interaction was with Recruiting, but the call got rescheduled twice. However, the conversation was really good and I felt positive about the company. After that, they sent me a personality assessment and the CCAT assessment, which was a bit of a surprise but it went fine. Once my scores were in, I moved on to the next stage, which was an interview with the CTO. We chatted briefly, but then she seemed to lose interest pretty quickly. She was on her couch and muted herself a few times to talk to people in the room. She didn't ask me any technical questions or anything about my resume. Instead, she asked about my background, why I wanted to join them, and then let me ask questions. I'd seen online that there's high turnover and the staff tenure is quite short, so I asked about the team I'd be managing. The CTO knew them by name and their skills, but when I asked about the average tenure, she didn't know and seemed even less interested. My other questions about the team and the role's expectations weren't answered clearly. Any follow-up questions I had about information from the first round were met with condescending corrections and no direct answers.
- What is your specific motivation for seeking employment with our company?
- Can you share your professional journey?
- What inquiries do you have regarding the team you would be managing?
