The interview process was pretty easy. It started with a 20-minute phone screen, then a pre-screen with a recruiter. After that, there was an on-site interview with the client, and then the company made an offer. I'd recommend this agency to friends looking for work or a new job.

The phone interview was going okay until she asked for my social security, address, immunization copy, and DOB which felt strange for an interview. I gave her my info though, but felt uneasy after. She said she'd send the job description but never did. She seemed very confident I'd be a good fit. 24 hours later, she texted saying they closed the application and weren't hiring. Not sure if it's a real company, but I gave her my info because I saw the posting on Indeed.

I had a phone interview where they described the position and asked if I was interested in an in-person interview. I then had an interview with the Manager, which went well. I went back for a second interview, and they said they'd get back to me, but never called after I followed up a week later. Very unprofessional!

I had interviews with two different people. The first one asked me about my resume. The second person wanted to get to know me better and understand my personality. This all happened in person in their conference room.
