- Why are you interested in solar?
Solar Expert
It's an extensive and honest process to learn about candidates but also to instruct them on the reality of the job. This kind of sales is quite extensive and requires the ability to keep a positive attitude after many "no's". You must have confidence without the ego and update your education and skills daily.
- Can you tell me about your education regarding solar energy and its advantages?
Corporate Office
The interview process was thorough and stretched over a month. They were upfront about the job duties and the difficulties I'd face, managing my expectations well. They also covered my travel expenses to their corporate office.
- Can you tell me about your biggest weakness?
Solar Advisor
I applied online and got a call the next day to set up an interview for the day after. The phone call was very pleasant with probing questions. The next day's interview was in a very busy office where everyone sits where anyone can see them. The interview was extensive and pleasant, with both sides putting all their cards on the table. I met the VP who was available and approachable. I was later called and offered the job.
- Tell me about your previous employer and why they went bankrupt.
