Practice Relationship Representative
The first step was a quick 15-minute call with a recruiter to talk about why I applied and my marketing experience. After that, I had to do an assessment before the next part. Then, there was a ~45 min Teams video call where the recruiter gave a presentation about the company, its values, operations, and what to expect in the role. It wasn't really an interview, more of a presentation. I used the chance to ask questions to see if it was a good mutual fit. Next, I had another Teams meeting with a Director for the position. They asked me a few questions and then let me ask mine. They made a decision fast, which was great. I didn't get the offer, but the whole process took only about 2 weeks. They were quick to schedule the next steps after each stage. The interview process felt really professional and efficient, not like some companies that waste your time.
- What are 3 things your current manager would say about you?
Sales Manager
I had two interviews with this company. The first time, the recruiter asked me about accountability for sales goals. My answer about looking at data and trends led to immediate disqualification because she said it wasn't an analytics role. Two years later, I interviewed again for the same role. The recruiter was late, so I called him. He explained a system issue prevented him from calling and said he'd ask basic screening questions before rescheduling for the next day. I agreed, but the next day, I got an email stating I wasn't qualified for any roles he was hiring for, which makes me wonder why he reached out initially.
- How would you keep your team accountable to their sales goals?
Infection Control Nurse
Got to learn about the job and what makes it tough and good. They asked about my past, what I've done, and why I want this job. We also talked about why the job is open and why the last person left.
- What is your availability to start?
- Can you describe your relevant background and experience?
- What are your motivations for applying to this role?
Receptionist
I applied and shortly after they contacted me through email to set up the interview. They did a 15 minute phone interview which was very seamless. Very nice staff. Great attitudes! I unfortunately was not selected but would still recommend anyone to apply as I could tell they have a great morale
