Consultant
Don't bother with this one. The whole process was disorganized and unprofessional. There was a total lack of communication at every stage. I constantly had to chase the recruiter for updates. After they dragged things out for over a month, the recruiter just disappeared.
- Were the questions asked generic and not focused on your skillset?
Product Owner
Jordan Ordonez reached out to me and I made it to the second round, but they canceled on short notice. I then found out that he searched through my LinkedIn connections and offered the same job to my friend. I would be very careful when he tries to friend you on LinkedIn. The company is very unprofessional to cancel on the same day with the excuse "something comes up in my calendar." I recommend disabling people from searching your connections before even connecting with him because you don't know his true intentions. They never got back to me about the second interview cancellation.
- We have a Product Owner role open, and I see you had the same role 5 years ago, which seems like a perfect fit for you.
Business Analyst
Recruiter reached out and we had a discovery call that went well. The second interview was with a team member and it was unprofessional. He showed up 5 minutes late and didn't turn his camera on, nor acknowledge being late. He seemed uninterested from the start and didn't tell me anything about the company. It felt like he had no interest in speaking with me, so I don't appreciate my time being wasted.
- Could you describe your experience and skill level across various areas?
Solutions Manager
The screening process was quite long. It started with a recruiter call, then a technical phone interview, followed by a case study, and then managerial rounds. I even had a CEO interaction. The whole thing took a lot of time, but it was effective in the end. It took a while to get the final decision, but the overall vibe and the people I'd be working with seemed good.
- Technical question about SQL.
- Technical question about Python.
- A question about a situation I was in.
