I really enjoyed my interaction with the recruiter, Connor. He was very responsive with updates and even gave me some tips on what to anticipate. He was a pleasure to speak with. The whole team seemed fantastic, and I was genuinely eager to join them. However, I didn't get selected to move forward. I'd still definitely recommend this company for anyone in a PM role. Connor did offer a 30-minute chat to go over feedback, but I declined because I already knew where things went wrong.

Behavioral Other

Recruiter contacted me and arranged an initial phone screen. This was followed by a 7-hour virtual on-site interview with members from design, engineering, and the product team. Strangely, none of the questions were product-related and were instead just scattered behavioural questions. I went through with it, only for the recruiter to later say I didn't perform well on the 'PM part' of the interview. Total waste of time with very unsure interviewers.

Behavioral Technical Other

It was a standard interview loop. First, a recruiter call, then a hiring manager call. After that, there were about 4 or 5 other interviews with various people, including someone senior to my potential manager (skip level) and an engineering director. Most of the interviews were behavioral, but there were some scenario-based questions to gauge creative problem-solving. It wasn't overly technical.
