I went through a bunch of interviews, and then did a panel presentation. First, there was a recruiter interview, then a hiring manager interview, then a peer interview, then a cross-departmental interview, then an interview with the VP, and finally, a panel project presentation.

I talked to the recruiter first and she was helpful, answering my questions and giving me good info. Then I interviewed with a manager, but it was a really bad experience. The manager had a really arrogant attitude and dismissed me when she found out I didn't have real estate experience. This felt like a waste of time because they reached out to me, and they obviously saw my sales experience wasn't in real estate. The recruiter knew this, so it's confusing why the hiring manager didn't. It seemed like the manager wasn't prepared and didn't know what she was doing.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was great. Everyone was helpful and professional. They were on time and asked good questions. I felt treated fairly. It started with a video interview, then I had in-person interviews, and I finished with a presentation to a group. They gave me feedback quickly which was helpful and positioned me for success.
