The interview process was pretty standard, mostly behavioral questions asking for examples like 'Tell me about a time you...'. However, the final round with the product directors was not great. They seemed totally checked out, often on their phones and not really listening to what I was saying. It felt like they were just going through the motions instead of having a real conversation.

It was a 3 part interview process involving a recruiter, 2 mid-level managers, and 2 managers. The process felt kind of exhausting because each interview was 30 minutes long and it was just me one on one, so I felt like I was just reading off a script by the end. Everything was going well until the last interview with the office manager who seemed incredibly uninterested in what I was saying and kept looking around. I ended up as a finalist but wasn’t chosen so oh well.
