They kept delaying my interview, but I get it, it was the holidays. They did ask if the time worked, but only said it’s at this time this day. They had a delayed response after the interview regarding next steps. The person who interviewed me was very nice but didn’t ask many questions.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

This was a pretty involved interview process. It started with a phone screen with HR, then several rounds with managers. After that, there were two more panel interviews. Finally, I was asked to create a presentation based on a case study. The conversations themselves were good, but the whole thing felt like more steps than needed. Maybe they were just being thorough, but the job was re-listed a few times. Even after all the time and effort, they didn't even tell me they weren't moving forward until I mentioned I had another offer.

Presentation Behavioral Technical

The process was really frustrating because it wasn't transparent. They kept saying each step was the last, but it went on for 7 weeks and I met 8 people, including the CEO. I also did a presentation and write-up. The people were nice, but it was a mid-level role with a max salary of 120k. This kind of process takes a lot of time, and even after getting positive feedback and a verbal offer, I was rejected by email with no explanation. I wish they'd been more considerate of candidates' time and left me with a better impression.
