Found the job on my school's job board. Sent an email to the company to show interest. They replied quickly and asked me to schedule a time to take their exam, which was basically an IQ logic test. The exam took about an hour and had really easy and tricky logic questions. It's pretty much impossible to study for. They told me I passed and then set up a phone interview. It was around 15 minutes, and they asked things like "where do you see yourself in five years?" "Why Compass?", and some questions about my resume. A month later, they contacted me for another phone interview with a group of interviewers. I was excited, but I had to decline because I got an offer from another company that was a better fit for my career goals. The entire process was very professional, and Compass kept me well-informed. It seemed like a well-managed company, and I would have continued with the health pro position if I hadn't received another offer.

The job hunt started with an application that had some pre-interview questions. About a week later, I got an email asking me to do an assessment. It wasn't too tough, but it had LSAT-style questions and some insurance/deductible stuff. A couple days after that, I found out I passed and was set up to chat with two managers. Since I'm not in Dallas, we did it over Skype. I talked to each manager for about 30 minutes. They talked about the job and asked me about my background. I was pretty happy with how it went. I waited to hear about what was next or if I got the job, but never did. The process felt professional, but there was zero follow-up or feedback, even when I emailed them. Maybe that was a clue.

I found the job on a college job board and sent my resume and cover letter via email. HR reached out about a timed aptitude test. After they reviewed my scores and I qualified, I got contacted about a phone interview (which I had to schedule myself). It was a short, 15-minute call with basic questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years, Tell me about yourself, What motivates you, etc." Then, I was invited for an in-person interview with 3 people (in 2 separate interviews). They asked me questions about my resume, mostly asking for examples of how I handle disagreements, workplace stress, and what I dislike about my current job, etc.
- How do you deal with disagreements with a coworker?

I applied in June 2016 and got an email with prescreening questions in October 2016. The questions were like LSAT but not too hard, and took about an hour and a half to finish. I emailed them back, and the next day they scheduled a Skype interview because I wasn't in Dallas. They asked basic and some higher-level thinking questions.
- What are your workplace stressors?
