First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Compass One Healthcare.
HR Manager
The interview process was pretty straightforward: a phone screen, then an in-person interview, followed by a Teams interview with my potential direct supervisor at the corporate office. They made sure to explain that everyone I'd be working with was a stakeholder in my role, so I knew how to approach each interview.
- Can you describe your experience in managing client relationships?
Food Services Supervisor
The interview process was pretty fast. I sent in my resume and heard back within 2 days for an interview. It was with the Director of Food Service and it lasted for about an hour. They asked questions mostly to check my knowledge of the department and to see if I'd fit in with the current team.
- What would you do if a customer ordered french fries but you were out of them?
Patient Experience Manager
It was a long process with a few different zoom and in-person meetings. We finished with a short project that I had to present to the interviewers. It wasn't too difficult, but I was surprised after all the interviews.
- Could you share one of your strengths?
