So they started with intro questions and some behavioral ones. They also asked stuff about closing sales and working with others. Basically, they wanted to get a feel for my personality and see how I'd handle tough situations.

It was a 3-round interview process, pretty chill and not too much STAR method. They really focused on your actual abilities and your future plans. Honestly, it felt like a good process because the questions seemed directly relevant to what you'd be doing in the role.

My interview with Comparion was pretty bad. They don't seem to invest much in new reps, with little onboarding or training. The interviewer's answers made it seem like a place with high turnover. They also don't provide leads or support for lead generation. It felt like a backward operation, not a great place for reps.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. I had to drive 30 minutes for the in-person interview. The position is mostly commission-based with a small base salary. They wanted to understand my ideas before hiring. The process included one phone interview, an in-person interview, and a final interview with the manager and the sales team.
