I did really well on the first phone screen. Then I had a second round over Zoom and they seemed to like me and were going to move forward. But then 3 days later they sent an email saying they weren't moving forward and didn't give any reason. It would have been helpful to know what the problem was since I thought things were going well.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was super clear and organized. The recruiter was fantastic and kept me in the loop the whole time, which was great. There was a bit of a hiccup scheduling the last panel interview because of interviewer availability, but it all went pretty smoothly. I especially liked how the interviews were structured in a round-robin way; it meant I got more time to ask my own questions compared to other places I've interviewed. Honestly, it was one of the best hiring experiences I've had.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Other

The interview process was a 3-step interview. The first interview was with a sales manager. The flow of the interview allowed me to ask questions and get a deeper understanding of the company and it's culture. The interviewer asked questions around experience and past company culture questions. It was an easy going interview and provided the insight I needed. Next, was an interview with another sales manager that was a mock sales call. It was a simple 5 minute mock call and it wasn't extremely difficult. We reviewed what I liked and what I'd change. He provide great insight into what I could do differently. It was helpful. Lastly, I interviewed with a current sales rep and the director. That went fairly well. It gave me a better understanding of day-to-day operations and insight into the company's future.

Behavioral Other

They really value in-person collaboration and require employees to work on-site. This is important if you're looking for remote work, as they'll favor those who come into the office and are visible to the CEO. I thought it was outdated, but if you want to move to Nebraska, it's an option. The only good part of the process was that the first call was with the hiring manager, which made it easy to see if it was a good fit. I didn't like the call though; it felt like they were looking for a 'bro' type rather than anything else.
