I got a call from the Hiring Manager to set up an interview time. She gave me super clear directions and was really easy to work with. When I met her, she went over everything, explaining the job duties really well. She made sure I knew exactly what she expected from me and what I could expect from the company.

Had one phone interview, then got invited for a face to face interview. It was a professional interview where they asked about my past work experience. They also asked about ventilators, cpaps, bipaps, apnea monitors, my driving record, and my schooling. The interview took place in the patient setup room.

The interviewer knew the job and company well, having worked there for years and even performing the role I was interviewing for. I had researched the company beforehand because the interviewer seemed stressed, and reviews mentioned a harsh work environment. Some reviews also said the company didn't provide lunch, which I thought was illegal. During my interview, the interviewer didn't mention breaks or lunch, so I asked about it. He/she said there's no lunch and you eat at your desk. If you need time off, you have to make it up later. It was very odd. I didn't get the job, and I'm glad I didn't.

First, I had a quick phone chat, and then they asked me to come in for an in-person meeting. I spoke with the Operations Manager for about 20-30 minutes. I got a call with the offer about 2-3 days after that.
