I talked to two people and enjoyed meeting them both. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good cultural fit for me. It wasn't remote, and I couldn't see myself commuting 45 minutes each way, five days a week. Even though I have solid IT skills and am good with data, they wanted me to build something I thought I could do, but it would be a really intense project because their data is complicated and difficult to link. The commute, combined with long hours and having kids at home, felt overwhelming. The interviewers themselves were great, and I hope they find someone who can fully commit.

The recruitment and interview process felt misleading. I applied for a full-time, permanent job that was advertised. My initial screening call was a no-show the first time, and the second time they were 30 minutes late and only showed up after I reached out. I completed interviews, but instead of the full-time position advertised, they offered me a short-term contract tied to program licensing, which was never mentioned in the ad or interviews. I responded to the offer and heard nothing back. While my offer was still pending, they reposted the position. Tip: Make sure to confirm the job terms early on and be prepared for potential delays in communication.

I was reached out to by a National Recruiter and then had two interviews. The first was with the CFO, and the second was with the Controller and Assistant Controller. Both interviews were quick. It took over a month to hear back after the recruiter first contacted me.

I interviewed for an hour with HR, then immediately met the CEO for almost 2 hours. After that, I had an hour-long interview with the head of HR. I sent thank you notes and called after the interviews. Two weeks later, I got a generic email saying they went with someone else. This was a very long process, and I felt like the CEO had too much time on his hands and didn't even call me back. It feels like a scam; I would avoid this company.
