The interview was done virtually. I spoke with the Director and Assistant Director of employment services. They seemed very knowledgeable about this field. When we were done, they asked if I had any questions, which I did. They were very open with me about the program and the people I would be working with.

The interview was pretty easy, with standard questions like strengths and weaknesses. They did ask about psychological disorders, specifically bipolar. It wasn't a difficult interview, very direct. A key thing is that employees need to be okay working with consumers who have mental health issues, as they're called 'consumers' not 'clients.' They got back to me about the job offer quickly, though the pay is a bit low.

It was a virtual interview, with the company setting up a link. The initial sign-on was a bit awkward. Three interviewers were present, and I found the CEO to be professional. However, some questions were difficult to answer, and one about my feelings made me uncomfortable.
