The interview itself went very well. After the interview, I found out there was a conflict of interest and one of my interviewers happened to be related to a former classmate. The interviewer had been sharing details of my interview with her relative DURING my interview. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. I sent a thank you email to my interviewers and emailed again two weeks later to follow up. I never heard anything back. I decided to express my concerns to HR and they did nothing.

I got a response a week after applying online. First, HR called and asked why I wanted to work there. Then the hiring manager asked me to introduce myself, talk about my strengths and weaknesses, and asked some clinical questions.

I applied online and then had two phone calls, one with HR and another with the unit manager. After that, I went in for a face-to-face meeting with the manager. It took about three weeks from start to finish before they made me an offer.
