First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Community Health Group.
Claims Specialist
The interview was nice. I liked coming in and getting a greeting. It was a good experience overall. The people interviewing me were very professional. I got to ask them things and they were fine with answering.
- Do you have experience with claims in healthcare?
Case Manager
I spoke with three interviewers, although there were meant to be four. They were all really nice and seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me. The questions were pretty straightforward, mostly behavioral.
- How would you prioritize between two important tasks with approaching deadlines?
Claims Analyst
It was a zoom interview. I was initially nervous because it was on Zoom and the interviewers were together in a conference room. I got a message from HR about potential time slots for the interview.
- Tell me about your biggest weakness.
- Can you share an example of a time when something happened?
- What are your career goals for the next two years?
Auditor
Applied and then got a surprise phone screen from the hiring manager at a bad time. But then got called in for an in-person panel interview really quickly, within two days of the call. They gave me a job offer one business day after that.
- Can you be assertive and distance yourself from making friends with colleagues?
- Despite friendships, can you hold people accountable for their errors?
