I got an email asking when I was free for a call next week. I told them my availability and asked what times worked for them.

Interviewed with the CHRO, who was nice, but didn't give me a chance to talk about myself or my background. Seemed to go okay, but then the interviewer gave fake feedback to the recruiters about stuff that didn't happen. Super disappointing and gave me a preview of what working with this person would be like.

I applied through Indeed and heard back from the recruiter really quickly. The whole process was smooth and the recruiter was great – I still keep in touch with her in HR after 3 years. I had two interviews: the first was with the VP and an intern, and the second was with a Director from another department. The VP asked me to bring in examples of past projects and reports.

So the process was pretty smooth. Started with a recruiter phone screen. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager over Zoom/Teams. After that, there was a panel interview with three other managers over Zoom/Teams. The last step was an interview with the hiring director.
