This was the worst interview I've ever experienced. The president is rude, unprofessional and racist. The first thing that he said to me during the interview was Chinese, and when I didn't understand him. He questioned my language ability. During the interview he dug at very uncomfortable questions such as why I left my last job. When I told him a professional reason, he automatically assumed I'm in the wrong. At the end of the interview, he refused to answer any questions I had. Stating that I did not have the authority to ask him these questions, especially when I don't even know if I'll be hired. Who would anyone want to work for this guy?

The interview process was really smooth and went great. Everything was explained clearly during the in-person interviews. I spent most of the time talking with the COO, who would be my direct supervisor, and then had a quick chat with the CEO. After that, I got a writing assignment to do over a few days. I met with the COO and CEO again to go over my assignment, and they offered me the job! Finally, I met with HR to sort out the offer details and paperwork. Overall, I had a really good experience interviewing at CCM.
