Analyst
The interview process was pretty straightforward. The team was prepared with questions and conducted the interview in a somewhat nice way. It didn't take much of their time until the end.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What interests you about our company and this specific role?
- Could you share your reason for departing from your last job?
Director
I sent in my application online, and about a week later, I got a call back. Then, I had a bunch of phone interviews and two in-person interviews. It all wrapped up in about a month.
- Can you tell me about your leadership approach and how you handle tough situations?
End User Computing Manager
I applied online and went through two interviews. The first was a virtual meeting with the hiring manager that lasted an hour. Then, I had a second interview in person with the hiring manager and another manager. After that, HR called me with an offer.
- Can you share your experience with documenting knowledge base articles?
- What are some examples of difficult conversations you've had to have with employees?
General Manager
Had a quick chat with the recruiter, who then scheduled me with the District Manager. After meeting with the District Manager, they set up an interview with the RVP for the next day. Honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had – both interactions left me with a really good feeling. The whole process and communication were great.
- How do you feel about change?
