First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Community Care (WI).
Case Manager
I had a 2-person interview with a Supervisor and Manager. They used a good cop/bad cop approach. It lasted about 45 minutes and was mostly about my experience. It went well and wasn't stressful. They really needed someone and offered a bonus.
- Can you explain what a managed care organization is?
Registered Nurse
I spoke with two interviewers, one of whom was a nurse. They asked me some questions about how I'd handle specific scenarios and about my past behaviors. Afterwards, they asked if I had any questions for them. It was a nice chat overall, and I'm hoping they'll extend an offer.
- How would you respond if you found yourself in a situation you weren't sure how to manage?
Medical Assistant
The interview process was pretty easy, I filled out an application online and then had a phone interview. Two days later, I had a face-to-face interview the following week, and then got a job offer. So the process was pretty fast.
