The interview experience was quite positive! The interviewers were very informative and effectively addressed all of my inquiries. They shared a substantial amount of information, though they did repeat several questions that were already present on the application form.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I found the job on Indeed and emailed my application. They called me for a phone interview two weeks later, then I had an in-person interview another two weeks after that. I heard back with their decision two weeks after the interview. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company. They seemed unprofessional, and I wouldn't have taken their offer anyway. They admitted they have trouble with technology and change, which others have mentioned too. It was a bit of a turn-off.

Had a phone chat first, then two in-person interviews where I met with a few managers at a round table. They were nice, but really wanted to know about my skills and what I could bring to the agency.

The manager was super unprofessional and flirtatious. They weren't dressed professionally and had lost my resume and training documents. The interview started 20 minutes late, and people kept coming in and out, interrupting.
