First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Community Care Network.
Behavior Therapist
They took a while to respond to my resume, but after that I had a phone interview with one person, then two in person interviews. The first in person interview had one person, and the second in person interview had five people. The whole thing lasted about half an hour. Training was easy and the questions were straight forward. I got the offer within 24 hours of the last interview.
- Can you tell me about your experience?
Direct Support
I was called and asked to come in to an interview. It was fairly painless. It took them 2 weeks after I applied to call me back, which I wish had been shorter. Other than that, it was great!
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with this company?
Administrative Assistant
The interview process included a phone interview, a face-to-face meeting, and then a panel interview. It felt like it took a while and could have been faster. I was happy to have a job to go back to while I was going through it.
- What are your greatest strengths and skills that you'd bring to this job?
Career Developer
The supervisor called me and asked me some questions about my past experience. I had an interview and was hired in under 4 weeks. They were really nice and answered all my questions.
- Do you have any prior experience working with people who have developmental disabilities?
