First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Community Care.
Medical Administrative Clerk
It was a video interview that lasted about 10-15 min. It included the standard questions you’d expect in an interview, like asking about your strengths and weaknesses. They also asked why you would want to work for this particular company.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to calm down an angry customer?
- What does excellent customer service mean to you?
Web Developer
It started with a call from the hiring manager where they asked about my availability and my general background. Then there was a second call that focused on my project experience and some general HR questions. They also asked about my experience with C# and related technologies.
- Could you share your experience in web development recently?
- Can you tell me about your background?
- Tell me about your project experience.
Accountant
I applied for the role via Indeed and got contacted by the receptionist. We scheduled an interview for the following week, which went well. Unfortunately, I never got a rejection letter or any follow-up from them.
- Can you describe a typical day in your previous role?
Psychiatric Provider
I had a couple of chats, one with a psychiatrist and then another with a nurse manager and pediatrician. It was pretty relaxed and actually pretty fun. I heard back with an offer about two weeks later.
- How do you plan to serve our population, and what are your feelings about it?
