Electronics Technician
The whole interview process took about 4 hours, including waiting and actual interview time. It included a written technical exam and a real test of soldering with an air gun. I later found out that another colleague with the same position and in the same area had a different interview process.

Quality Technician
So there are 2 rounds initially, the first one is with a Senior Quality engineer and the second one is with the plant manager or director. After that, you have your final round with HR where you discuss salary and bonus. They also give you a shifting bonus and accommodations.

It's really important so the company can get to know who's going to fill the available position, and to see if they have professionalism and proactivity in the job field, and good interaction with team colleagues.
