I spoke with the managing director and recruiting manager over the phone to get a feel for the job and what the daily tasks would be. Then, I had an onsite interview where I could check out the office and meet some of the team. Lastly, I had phone chats with the company owner where we discussed recruiting in general, how to succeed in the field, and the company's overall direction. It was a really good and helpful interview process!

It was two phone rounds with team members, then a final video interview over Google Meet with the owner. They were all super nice and got the rounds scheduled quickly. Everyone was really open about what they do and what to expect. I got a really good vibe from the company!
