The interview process was professional and positive. They can't really have a lot of back and forth to avoid bias, which is a little nerve-wracking but I get why it's important. They note down everything you say. They go over all the interview steps, what's next, and give dates for when to expect hearing back if you're selected.

It was a panel interview with 3 interviewers. They asked me questions about my past experience, some situational questions, and other common questions. They took notes as I answered, and I had to signal when I was done with a question so we could move on. I wasn't allowed to go back or add anything to a previous answer after we'd already moved past it.

So, first there was a phone screen, then I had to come in for an in-person interview with two HR people. After that, I did a more casual chat with some of the current trainee program employees. It was quite a bit to go through, and I'm not entirely sure what they're specifically looking for. I think I answered the questions pretty well though.

The interview process felt disjointed and didn't involve work-related questions. It was a panel interview where the interviewers spent more time explaining processes that weren't relevant to the interview itself. Although the interviewers were nice, the questions they asked were off-putting because they weren't really relevant to the position.
