I've interviewed twice over a 2-year span for this role. Before each interview, they send over some materials for a questionnaire you need to fill out. There are always two interviewers. It's not really a chat; it's more like they ask a bunch of questions and present scenarios, and they're busy taking notes. A lot of the questions feel like they're trying to figure out if you can handle the intense emotional part of the job and if you can make tough calls even when they might conflict with your personal beliefs.
