The company led me through the interview process, making it seem like I would definitely get an offer. The recruiter even said to expect an offer in the morning, and I was hopeful since they checked my references. However, the CEO decided against the offer at the very last minute, despite the fact that he and I never even met.

It was a long process with many steps after the first interview. There were a few tests to pass: one for personality, one for math skills, and one about how you work in a group and by yourself. You might also have to do a short presentation at the end.

The process was tough, but good. Started with a recruiter call with Helen, who was great. Then I had to take an online timed test, which was kinda fun. After passing that, I went into the office for a 2-hour meeting with HR and the company president, Curry. It was good to learn more about the product and ask questions since it's complex. Curry is cool, and Helen made me feel at ease. During that meeting, I did a couple more tests - one for stress performance and a personality test that was actually insightful about my strengths and weaknesses. I came back for a second interview where we did one more test, and I spoke with Curry again and the head of sales. Then, I got the offer! It felt a bit long, but they're clearly serious about hiring and keeping good people.

I had a pretty unique hiring experience because I was brought in on a temporary contract with NO interview. After about a month of full time work, I was taken through a partial interview process. I believe, from watching other people (mostly salespeople, so not quite my role) that the interview process is very involved. Like multiple face-to-face interviews, that go on for multiple hours. The testing stuff just takes 2-3 hours, tops, and that's all that I needed to do to get hired. Not as a "Sales Support Analyst", but I basically do everything in that role, just a different title.
