It was a really thorough interview process. It started with a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager screen, followed by a psychometric test. After that, there was a live case study focusing on general business skills, and a take-home case study that needed a presentation. To finish, there were four more behavioral interviews. The whole thing wrapped up in about 3.5 weeks, and CIQ was super prompt with updates.

The process was pretty well-organized, and HR gave me good info upfront about the rounds. I was told there'd be three rounds: a browser coding one, a JS coding one, and a hiring manager chat. But it ended up being four rounds, with the last two being walk-ins. Since I came from out of state, they covered my flight, which was super nice. The whole thing felt smooth, and the interviewers were really professional and kept me engaged. The questions were put together well, checking both my technical skills and how I solve problems. It was a good experience overall, and I liked how they made it easy for candidates.

The whole interview process from start to finish took under a month. First, I spoke with an HR recruiter. Then, I met with my future manager, who is the VP of Sales. After that, I had another meeting with a different VP of Sales and the Head of Retail Media. During that call, I had to do a case study presentation as if I were talking to a client. There was also an IQ test and a personality/behavior test. The IQ test had 50 questions and I only had 15 minutes. I'm pretty sure I got the first 39 right but guessed on the last 11. I never got my score, but I must have passed. Finally, I had a last interview with another salesperson in the same role, a Solutions Consultant (who helps sales, like an Industry Lead), and a Customer Success Director.

There were 4 interview rounds plus one with HR. You'll get an assignment to do too, and they might talk about it in an interview. The first round was basic programming and aptitude stuff. The second round was going over your resume and Data Science questions. The third round was with the hiring manager, who'll give you a whole Data Science case study and see how you'd tackle it. This round is an hour long. The fourth round is about cultural fit, but expect some tech questions too. The team is really sharp, so know your resume inside out, they might really go deep on some of your projects.
