The interview process had 2 rounds. The first was a technical round where I had to explain React and JS, and also a coding round where I had to explain the basics. The second round was with the Senior Manager to test my work experience and the projects I've worked on.

I interviewed in July 2021 and went through 3 rounds. The first was with a marketing team member who interviewed me and then gave me a practical task. I completed the task, and they selected me for a third round with the same marketing person. At the end, he told me I would join his team and HR would follow up. I felt I wasted 3 days on this interview. HR never called me, and when I called, she said she was on leave, gave a positive update, and promised to call back the next day. She never did. It's not about getting the job, but HR should be responsive. My suggestion is that HR is smooth at the start, but if you contact them for an update, they don't respond. Don't waste people's time.

So, the interview process had 3 rounds in total. The management and HR team were very professional and streamlined in their approach, and they were completely transparent about everything. They asked a lot about my past experience and skills. They wanted to know about my previous roles and how I see myself growing with Commercepundit. First, an HR person called me and went over my total experience, education, and other details. Then, they set up my first interview, which was an aptitude test. The second round was with the director, who assessed my attitude and temperament, especially in handling a totally different domain. It was an amazing experience with the director. The very next day, HR called me. Overall, the experience was really good and informative.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The hiring and interview process was quite good. The HR person was really helpful in each and every round. They used to keep me updated with each and every activity and always motivated me for the next rounds. All rounds were good, except the last round which was held with the Head of Marketing, Mr Anand. I respect him, he has excellent knowledge in digital marketing, but just by visiting a website for 5 seconds doesn't mean that candidate is the worst. He started asking me who took my interview, how they took my interview till the last round. He was trying to call that employee who conducted the 2nd (technical) and 3rd round (assignment). Don't know how someone can decide a candidate's work by seeing a website in 5 seconds. Let me know such skills, it will definitely help us in auditing websites in minutes. At least you should respect the candidate's efforts, as they won't have directly come on the final round.
